Day 17: RESTORATIVE YOGA
Cait • 33m
Less is more. This restorative yoga practice targets the nervous system and explores poses and techniques to help you downshift into a more parasympathetic state (or our "rest and digest mode") where recovery and healing can occur. These techniques and poses are great to do post-training or at the end of your day, and once again, it may be helpful to think of this practice as preparation for tomorrow. You can't pour from an empty cup, so let this practice be one that helps you reset and refill.
You'll want all the props for this class: Pillows, blankets, anything to support you and help you get comfortable :) Enjoy!
