New at yoga? Let's start on the right foot! In this first video we will go through the very famous whole body warm up: Sun salutation A! We will also learn some Pranayama and learn about the first limb of yoga: the Niyamas.
Moving on to Sun Salutation B and flowing into the alignment of basic standing postures. Of course some new Pranayamas and for yoga philosophy: the niyamas: second limb of yoga.
