I’m here today with Taylor Godber. She is a backcountry snowboarder that lives in Whistler, BC. In her own words, one of the things that truly makes her feel alive, is backcountry snowboarding. Whether its snowmobile access or self-propelled missions; navigating the mountains under bluebird skies or in the chaos of a storm; dropping in to carve a line down a snow covered face or weaving between trees in pockets of pow with friends, it all demands for us to be present, to live in the moment. And there is no better place to be.
She creates recipes and nutrition guides for The Salty Club, and we are stoked to have her in our new move and breathe with the Pro’s program, where she has created a ten minute breath routine and a meditation and pranayama video. Lets get into it.
