This flow is part two of the sequence from the first class. It can be practiced on its own, alternating sides, or combined with “ANIMAL FLOW | Centered”. This class emphasizes push-and-pull dynamics, as well as forward and backward movements, and is designed to demonstrate how we can generate momentum and speed using only our bodies.
