"Consciousness starts by taking care of the human vessel, our body: what we feed it, literally (fruits, veggies, seeds etc.). And of course, as well, energetically: our conversations with ourselves and any other vibrations that we surround ourselves with. The food piece, eating and drinking as clean as possible, keeping that pathway clear, opens us up to remembering who we are. It helps us, more easily, get out of our own way so we can live a life of purpose—food as fuel and as medicine."
