Animal flow is a low impact ground based movement designed to improve mind muscle connection via strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination. We will be moving on the ground in ways you aren't used to (like animals) and be working muscles you didn’t know existed. Similar to surfing, this conscious movement is both graceful and powerful and will leave you channeling your inner animal.
