Week 6. Day 2 | ANIMAL FLOW
Channel your inner animal with this low impact ground based movement designed to improve mind muscle connection via strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination.
Week 6. Day 3 | YIN YOGA
A yin yoga practice, holding the poses for long periods of time and staying present as you enter the poses. To release deeper, we end this class with a musical savasana to allow vibrations to enter our bodies and heal.
Week 6. Day 4 | CARDIO DANCE
