A low-impact, high-intensity movement flow designed to improve posture, alignment and core stability through graceful, yet bold moves.
15 minutes of lower body mind-to-muscle engagement. We use a Pilates ball (a rolled up towel, small pillow or even a sweatshirt will do) to activate the deepest layers of your muscles and switch on accountability for what should be working!
