A 30 min practice to get your sweat on and your stress off. We will be moving with intention and juicing up the body through a powerful Vinyasa, adapted for all levels.
The gentle release achieved in the physical body through surrender is the pathway to reset our mental clutter, gifting our nervous system a break and releasing information that weighs us down.
Through sound we access a state of meditation where we can reach the clarity needed to dispose of what weights us down, therefore reseting our nervous system and making space for new information.
