"Yogi by day, DJ by night! Yoga and meditation brought to my life the balance that it needed. It has sparked the travel bug in me through attending yoga trainings and workshops. It has also lead me to discover the depth this practice holds, beyond the postures - I am always looking to apply the lessons of yoga to life in our modern world. My goal is to share yoga in a way that you can make it a part of your daily routine!"

A 30 min practice to get your sweat on and your stress off. We will be moving with intention and juicing up the body through a powerful Vinyasa, adapted for all levels.
The gentle release achieved in the physical body through surrender is the pathway to reset our mental clutter, gifting our nervous system a break and releasing information that weighs us down.
Through sound we access a state of meditation where we can reach the clarity needed to dispose of what weights us down, therefore reseting our nervous system and making space for new information.
In this practice we observe how deep we want to go and how sometimes we can create blockages in ourselves. Let your breath take you deeper and break free of conditioning, accepting how your body shows up today.
This practice is an invitation to dissolve into the present moment. As you enter a realm of meditation through sound you release distractions, create a safe container for yourself establishing safe boundaries from external chaos
When we bind in a pose we require good joint mobility, the bind also intensifies the depth of the pose by fitting yourself into tiny spaces! A good bind can also come with a twist which gives you more detox action!

New at yoga? Let's start on the right foot! In this first video we will go through the very famous whole body warm up: Sun salutation A! We will also learn some Pranayama and learn about the first limb of yoga: the Niyamas.
Moving on to Sun Salutation B and flowing into the alignment of basic standing postures. Of course some new Pranayamas and for yoga philosophy: the niyamas: second limb of yoga.
