Week 3. Day 2 | ANIMAL FLOW
Channel your inner animal with this low impact ground based movement designed to improve mind muscle connection via strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination.
Week 3. Day 3 | YIN YOGA
The body needs to recharge. This practice is an invitation to stretch and release through very passive and controlled movements. We will end the physical flow with a sound bath with Tibetan bowls to wind down deeper into a meditative state.
