Explore mobility and free up some space in the thoracic spine and the shoulders through myofascial release and active stretching. This is a nice one to repeat regularly and can be done on its own or as warm up before a training session, surf, or more intense yoga practice. You’ll need a yoga block, a therapy ball (or tennis ball), and some wall space.
