Week 6. Day 3 | YIN YOGA
A yin yoga practice, holding the poses for long periods of time and staying present as you enter the poses. To release deeper, we end this class with a musical savasana to allow vibrations to enter our bodies and heal.

HEY MISTER DJ! This is dancing and HIIT training having a baby. A fun and freeing way to get your cardio in. Follow the music, let go of your mind, let's get moving.
