  • Week 5. Day 1 | STRENGTH

    Move with passion. Being intentional about your training requires a mindset shift from passive
    to active! Build self confidence that you can do the hard things with isometric holds.

    Channel your inner animal with this low impact ground based movement designed to improve mind muscle connection via strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination.

  • Week 5. Day 3 | BREATHWORK

    Powered by a universal year 7, trust your intuition and let your breath guide you.

  • Week 5. Day 4 | VINYASA

    A Vinyasa yoga practice inviting you to try balancing poses while breaking a nice detoxing sweat!

  • Week 6. Day 3 | YIN YOGA

    A yin yoga practice, holding the poses for long periods of time and staying present as you enter the poses. To release deeper, we end this class with a musical savasana to allow vibrations to enter our bodies and heal.

  • Week 6. Day 4 | CARDIO DANCE

    HEY MISTER DJ! This is dancing and HIIT training having a baby. A fun and freeing way to get your cardio in. Follow the music, let go of your mind, let's get moving.
