    We begin with exploring the first and basic inversions: sirsasana and tripod headstand, learning the right anatomical cues and breaking them down step-by-step to enter them safely.

  • Stretch n' Breathe // Jungle sound

    Drop into your breath and let yourself be carried by the sound of the jungle. A full hour of deep stretching ~ in flow.

  • Full Body Stretch (Give Yo'self an Hour)

    On roll your mat and dive into a good hour to yourself. Full body stretch, where it gets juicy and lengthy. No rush, no blush. This is one for the week-ends.
