A 20-40 min practice each day for six days of the week. On Sundays, a wholesome moment for reflection through journaling prompts. The program will then repeat for another six days, culminating in a deep, guided meditation for healing relaxation.

Shay also included some of her favorite plant-based recipes to fuel your soul!

  • DAY 1 | Calming the mind

    Starting off with the basics.

  • DAY 2 | Connecting breath

    Learning to connect the breath to the yoga poses.

  • DAY 3 | Detoxifying twists

    Learning to move through and reap the benefits of detoxifying twists.

  • DAY 4 | Flow around mat 1

    Learn to flow around the mat, get ready to not know which way is front and have a little fun.

  • DAY 5 | Flow around mat 2

    Adding onto the concept of flowing around the mat.

  • DAY 6 | Single-leg balance 1

    Intro to single-leg balance. Moving from pose to pose using the strength of one supporting leg.

    Challenge yourself and add onto your one leg balance skills with more poses!

  • DAY 9 | Arm balances

    Time to work on arm balances. Learn to step up your awareness and mindful practice in this one.

  • DAY 10 | Creativity

    Let’s get creative together! A fun flow with many options for your desired level and your eagerness to explore the space, your poses and let that creativity shine.

  • DAY 11 | Yin

    Treat yourself to a wind-down style yoga. I take you through key restorative poses to help you tap into your parasympathetic nervous activation. I bring you a deep fascia stretch, getting into the connective tissue.

  • DAY 12 | Float

    Learn to float your way from pose to pose. Bringing more confidence to the way you move through your asanas (poses) while bringing breath into each transition. Many options adapted for your level.

  • DAY 13 | Hold on!

    Hold on! This flow will have you burning up some heat... Sorry in advance to your legs! Challenge yourself to hold the asanas while breathing deep into your practice. Show yourself you can hold on in the challenging moments.

  • DAY 14 | Yoga Nidra

    *Take a journal with you for this session, because after it may be a creative and deep time to reflect and write*
