Primal Movement (also known as Ginastica Natural or Animal Flow) is a training method that combines Brazilian jiu-jitsu ground moves, animal-like motion from nature and harnesses the power of the breath from yoga. In this challenge you will develop your coordination, agility, mobility, strength and absolute presence.

4 x 30min classes a week - You choose your time.
Alternating between 4 pillars:
